Shiny goodness.

Rolling into my first week of the challenge I ordered the Malanthrope at dragonmeet as FW didn't have one to hand at the event (free postage so no complaint). I've made a start on some Devilgaunts so read on to see what.

End of an era.

Pinched from Evan at Facing the Grey Tide
It's nearly two yeas since I started this blog and in that time my Orks have dominated my hobby time. But with so little progress since I was preparing for the game up north  it's time for a change. Read on to see what.

Idolised

On Wednesday I shared the state of the Orkanaut as it was at the beginning of last week and I was hoping to have chance to glue the last 3 pieces in place. Well today I'm happy to announce success and after the break I've got pictures of the finished construction including a little surprise

Fun with Gubbinz

So I've been harping on about my Orkanaut progress for a little while yet haven't coughed up the Pics to show how well it's going. Showing only a slight hint with all the greenstuff bitz when sharing the Mek gun progress. Today I have a proper update and while these picture are about a week out of date I'm was busy preparing to visit Gav with Lester this weekend gone for fun and games.
Read on to see how the walker looked at the start of last week.

When a Mek gets hold of instant Mold

Before knocking up the Kommandos, after stumbling across on a blog post (sadly can't remember who's), I'd seen a number of videos for Instant Plastic Clay. Knowing I wanted to have lots of details on the Kommandos I ordered some at the same time as the small Kromlech backpacks.
Having not used the clay for the Kommandos I've crack it open to help with the Mek gun and Gorka/Morkanaut. With the mek gun last shown as above, read on after the break to see how it's looking.

Yes We Kan

Previously I talked about being inspired by Bill King's use of colour. For me it was the faded red and the use of green that caught my eye since green and red are my chosen colours for vehicles.
After a trip to GW and a dig through my older paints I've now finished my first Killa Kan so see how he's come out after the break.
